Identification Government-issued photo identification (driver license, state ID, or passport).
Proof of income Recent pay stubs (typically last 30 days) or a benefit award letter.
Bank statements Recent bank statements (typically last 2 months) for primary checking and savings accounts.
Proof of address Proof of current address if it is not shown on your identification (lease, utility bill, or official mail).
